Perfectly juicy oven baked chicken breasts

Tonya Star
Boneless, skinless chicken breasts have a tendency to be dry and tasteless when baked. The reason is the lack of skin and bone that help retain moisture and flavor. This simple recipe consistently renders moist, flavorful chicken breasts. You can use this chicken in your casseroles, on salads or to make the yummiest chicken salad.
