Blueberry Goat Cheese Appetizer

Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups Fresh blueberries washed
  • 2 Tbsp Balsamic vinegar
  • 3 Tbsp Honey
  • 1 Tbsp Chopped fresh Rosemary dried can be substituted
  • 1 pinch Kosher salt
  • 1 tsp Vanilla
  • 4 oz Goat cheese
  • 4 oz Cream cheese softened

Instructions
 

  • In a sauce pan, cook the berries, vinegar, 2 Tbsp of the honey, salt and rosemary until boiling. Boil for 5 minutes. Add vanilla. Set aside and cool to room temp.
  • In a mixing bowl, mix together the cheeses. Spread into a small casserole dish. Drizzle with the remaining 1 Tbsp of the honey. Cover with the cooled blueberry mixture.
  • Serve with your favorite crackers.
