The Easiest Pot Roast With A Twist!
Do you ever need a quick, easy and delicious dinner option?
Yeah, neither do I (insert sarcasm). This has been a hit at our place because it is no fail and my husband can eat it over mashed potatoes and I can eat it over mashed cauliflower. Win win!
Just 5 ingredients in the pot and you are good to go!
Just a few secrets to make it perfect every time…
Although this is an extremely simple recipe, there are a few things that elevate it. First, I always spray my crockpot with nonstick cooking spray as I hate to clean. Second, spread half the packets of seasonings on the bottom of the crockpot, lay your roast on top of that and then sprinkle the rest on top the roast. No mess and even distribution equals perfection! Lastly, it must cook 8 hours on low. 4 hours on high just does not give you the melt in your mouth results that you deserve. Letās cook this!
