Blueberry Goat Cheese Appetizer
When your husband’s family is from Michigan, you have to love fresh blueberries!
I honestly thought all blueberries were the same until I picked them fresh in Michigan. Oh em gee!!! What a difference. Fresh Michigan blueberries are sweeter and have a creamier texture. They make this appetizer even more special if you can find them. Don’t worry, normal ole blueberries work great too…
You will definitely impress your friends with this fabulous appetizer
No one needs to know how easy this is to make. You just need to know that people will rave about this and ask you for the recipe. I keep this in the fridge at all times because it’s the first thing my hubby reaches for when he gets home from work. He eats it with his favorite brown rice crackers from Trader Joe’s. So there’s that. 🙂
